How do I change my brand details? Can I change the brand name?
You change the official website, industry, brand description and aliases in Settings › Brand. The brand name can't be changed from the dashboard; add other spellings as aliases.
- Open Settings from the left menu; the Brand section opens. If you have more than one brand, choose the brand from the selector at the top of the page.
- In the Brand identity card, edit the Official website, Industry and Brand description (up to 400 characters) fields and click “Save”.
- In the Aliases card, add short or alternative spellings of your brand and click “Save”. These spellings count as your brand in answer texts.
The brand name can't be changed from the dashboard. If your brand appears in answers under a different name, add that name as an alias.
Changes in this section apply from the next scan. You manage prompts with the “Manage prompts” link in the Prompt set card on the same page, and competitors on the Competitors page.
