I want to add a new market (country) or change my market
You choose additional markets in the “Add market” window under Settings › Scans. Payment from the dashboard isn't available yet, so our team sets them up for you. Your current market can't be changed from the dashboard.
The markets where your brand is measured are listed in the Settings › Scans › Markets and languages card. The same card also shows your plan's market slots.
- Open Settings › Scans and click “Add market” in the Markets and languages card.
- Choose the markets you want to add from the list. Markets marked “coming soon” can't be selected because they can't be measured yet.
- The window shows the monthly list price per market. If you haven't used up your plan's market slots (the Scale plan includes 3 markets), you don't pay extra for markets within your allowance. Once you select a market, a note says that payment from the dashboard isn't available yet and that nothing was charged. To have your selection set up, email support@kleur.ai.
The brand's current market and language can't be changed or removed from the dashboard.
