What does my client see in the client portal?

The portal has these sections: AI visibility score with a short summary, share of voice, priority vs competitors, number of tracked prompts, “Coverage trend: you and your competitors”, ongoing work, and up to four answer quotes under the heading “How AI mentions you”.

The top of the page shows the number of answers and source citations from the last 30 days. If the first scan isn't complete yet, “Not measured yet” appears instead of the score.

The ongoing work list comes from the Tasks page in your dashboard and shows the 20 most recent tasks. Tasks you set to “Dropped” don't appear in the portal.

The portal is read-only. Your client can't approve tasks or change prompts or competitors. Suggestions, source details and settings aren't included in the portal.

Use “Preview portal” in the Settings › Team and access › Client portal card to check the screen your client will see. In the preview, an “Agency preview” label appears at the top.
