How do I replace my brand with a different brand on the Takip, Growth or Scale plan?
These plans track one brand. To switch to another brand, delete your current brand and add the new one with “Add brand”.
You can't add a second brand on the Takip, Growth and Scale plans. To switch to a new brand, you first need to delete your current one. Deleting can't be undone; all of the brand's past data is permanently deleted.
If your subscription isn't active, you can't add a new brand after deleting. Your plan needs to be activated first.
- Click the “Delete brand” link at the bottom of the Settings › Subscription and billing page.
- In the window that opens, type the brand name exactly and click “Delete brand and data”.
- The dashboard returns to an empty Overview. Click the “Add brand” box in the left menu.
- Complete the Website, Profile, Topics, Prompts and Competitors steps and click “Create brand”. The first measurement starts right away.
Deleting a brand doesn't cancel your subscription; your plan continues as before.
If you only want to update your website, industry or brand description, you don't need to delete the brand. You can change these in Settings › Brand.
