How do I change my password, email address or company name?
Your password is changed with a reset link and your company name from the “Display name” card in Settings; your email address can't be changed from the dashboard right now.
Password: The dashboard has no separate screen for changing your password. Use “Sign out” at the bottom of the left menu to sign out, then enter your email address on the sign-in page and set your new password with the “Forgot your password?” link.
Company name: The company name you entered at sign-up becomes your account's display name; this name is used in the dashboard and in reports. On the Takip, Growth and Scale plans, change it from the “Display name” card in Settings › Brand; on the Ajans plan, change it from Settings › White label. Then press the “Save” button.
Email address: Your account's email address can't be changed from the dashboard. To change it, write to support@kleur.ai.
