Sign-up shows the warning “You already have an account with this email”
A verified account already exists with this address; instead of creating a new account, log in or request a password reset link.
This warning means an account was already created and verified with the address you entered. A second account can't be created, so the “Start free trial” button stays gray.
- If you know your password, press the “Log in” button in the warning box.
- If you don't remember your password, press the “I forgot my password, send a link” button. The reset link goes to the same address; open it in the same browser and set your new password.
- If you want to sign up with a different address, change the email field; the warning disappears on its own.
If you signed up before but didn't click the verification link, you'll see the “Verify your email” screen instead of this warning. If this screen opens even though you submitted the form with a registered address, and no email arrives, reset your password with “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.
