What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. When a refund is decided, the amount is refunded within 14 days to the payment method you used.
When you cancel your subscription, the service continues until the end of your current period, and you aren't charged for the next period. You don't need to give a reason to cancel.
When it's decided that a refund will be made, the amount is refunded to the payment method you used within 14 days of the date your request reaches us. How long it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank.
The service is offered to businesses. The right of withdrawal under consumer law doesn't apply to subscriptions set up for commercial purposes. If you're acting as a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days; this right ends if you gave explicit consent for the service to start immediately and the service has started.
If we have to discontinue a plan or service, we refund the fee for any period that was paid for but not provided. Since no payment is taken during the trial, there's no refund for the trial.
The full terms are on the Cancellation & Refunds and Terms of Service pages.
