Why doesn't a prompt I added or a change I made show up in the dashboard?
Prompt and alias changes apply from the next scan. Past scans aren't re-examined with the new settings.
Adding prompts or changing aliases takes effect from the next scan. The Settings › Brand page says so too: “Changes apply from the next scan.” Past scans aren't re-examined with the new settings.
When you click a newly added prompt, you'll see “Not measured yet” until it's scanned for the first time. On the Overview, the line under the score shows how many prompts were measured (for example 70/75 prompts measured). This number updates after the next scan.
Because the prompt set has changed, the change value isn't calculated until two measurements have been made with the new set.
An archived prompt leaves the Prompts list and isn't run in later scans. Its history isn't deleted.
