How often do scans run, and where can I see the next scan?
Automatic scans run every two days on all plans. The time left is shown on the Overview, and the time and pause settings are in Settings › Scans.
Automatic scans run every two days. This frequency is the same on all plans and can't be changed. It works out to 15 scans a month on average.
The time left until the next scan is shown in the “Next analysis in …” pill at the top right of the Overview. The date of the last scan appears under the score card as “Last scan:”. In Settings › Scans, the “Next scan” field on the “Scan schedule” card shows the saved plan. If you've changed the time but haven't saved yet, an “after saving: …” line appears below it.
To change the scan time:
- Open Settings › Scans.
- On the “Scan schedule” card, pick a time from the “Time” list.
- Press “Save schedule”.
Changing the time doesn't bring the next scan forward: a new scan doesn't run until at least two days have passed since the last one. The new time applies on the day the next scan is due.
To pause scans temporarily, uncheck “Schedule active” on the same card and save. The “Next scan” field then says “paused”. To restart them, check the box and save again.
There's no button in the dashboard to start a scan manually. Scans run automatically on schedule.
