Why is there no data for an engine? Why don't I see Claude?
Regular measurement uses four engines. Claude is a separate add-on engine and isn't available yet. If one of the four engines is empty, check your engine selection and filters.
Regular measurement uses the same four engines on all plans: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Claude isn't included in the base plans. It will be offered as a separate add-on engine and isn't available for use right now. In the “All models” list on the Overview, it appears under the “Add-on engines” heading with a “Soon” label and can't be selected.
If you can't see data for one of the four engines:
- On the Settings › Scans › “Scan schedule” card, check that the engine is selected. Engines that are turned off aren't scanned. After changing your selection, press “Save schedule”. At least one engine must be selected.
- Make sure the engine is checked in the “All models” filter on the Overview, or in the “All engines” filter on other pages.
- If you've just turned the engine on, its data arrives with the next scan.
If an engine couldn't be measured in a round, it has no data for that day, and that day isn't compared with the previous measurement.
