I get a “You've reached your prompt limit” warning when adding prompts
The prompt limit is counted per market. To make room, swap or archive a prompt, because paying for extra prompts in the dashboard isn't available yet.
The number of prompts you can track per market depends on your plan: 50 on Takip, and 75 on Growth, Scale and Ajans. You can see how full it is in the counter at the top right of the Prompts page (for example 75 / 75). If you have more than one market, each market has its own counter.
When all your markets are full and you press “Add prompt”, the “You've reached your prompt limit” window opens. The free option is to swap a prompt for a new one:
- In the window, press “Swap” under “Swap a prompt”.
- In the “Replace prompt” window, choose the market, then select the prompt to remove.
- Type the new prompt in the “Replacement prompt” field and press “Replace”.
The removed prompt isn't deleted. It's archived and its history stays. To archive a prompt on its own, click it on the Prompts page and press “Archive prompt” at the bottom of the window that opens.
You can add up to 40 prompts at a time. The “Add 10 prompts” pack appears in the dashboard, but paying in the dashboard isn't available yet; a note in the window says so. Nothing is charged and your limit doesn't change.
